Stats day!!

Today was a bit of a right off, so thankfully it was a rest day!!

This weeks Stats:

Weight: 157.5 Body fat 31.3% BP 95/64

OOO look at that fat % creep down!! YAY!!


W4D7 April 24

Stat Day….Today’s stats suck…I am not really disappointed or anything as I know that it is just a number and I know that I feel better than before. I am not sure why exactly I am sad about the number, but it sure does weigh on my mind. There are many factors for a higher than expected…maybe too much salt over the weekend…maybe I am retaining water due to my period….

This weeks stats: Weight: 158 Lbs 32.2% Body fat BP 96/66

*On a plus, it looks like I am slowly and steadily dropping body fat 😀 YAY!

W3D7 April 17

Rest Day!! Whoot! Although I will go for a big walk…hoping to see where that trail by my house leads 🙂 and we are going to visit some friends as well in which I will walk to their house, even if Michael wants to drive! YEAH!

Today’s Stats: Weight 155.6 lbs and 33% fat so very similar as last week…looks like I may have to tighten up my diet if I would like to see better results. Although I do try to remind myself that I am not as concerned about the scale numbers as I am in my body composition, I am completely ok with being at 155, but I would like to see muscle definition and a more toned core. We will see where this ride takes us!

Today is a rest day so Just stats…

Weight 154.9 and 33% body fat as per Aria scale 🙂 Which looks like I am a wee bit heavier via the scale but less in the body fat department…So kind of a draw! 🙂

Day 7 – April 3

Today is Sunday, Because this is a Rest Day (thankfully…inner thighs are still screaming!!) I have decided to use this day for a Stats Update. Not sure what stats I will post other than weight and body fat as my scale provides this info to me…As I progress I may include measurements as well, but I do not want to do too much into micro management as I tend to get obsessive. Having weight in on Sunday also encourages me to keep snacks at a minimum as weekends are the hardest for me!

Along with the rest day, I will also try to get outside and so something fun, This afternoon my husband and I are going to go through the Frisbee around (getting ready for the Fam Jam in the Summer) So although it is a rest day, I want to be a least a little active 🙂

Sunday Stats!

Weight in: 154.3 Lbs

Body Fat 33.3%

As this is my first week, I did not get my beginning states, Although I do have stats from Tuesday which are: 158.1 Lbs and 34.2 % fat…please keep in mind that I know it seems that I lost 4 lbs, I feel that the Tuesday weight is skewed a bit as it is on the higher side on my normal, I am usually around the 155 mark. I am excited to see the progress but feel it it more of a water/I started my period this week so of course my weight is off kind of thing 🙂

Here’s to next week!!!! I am really looking forward to Week 2 BRING IT!!!
